Baked Ziti: or how to look like a brilliant cook

April 30, 2013 Chef Kelli

This is the ridiculously simple meal that makes you seem like an amazing cook while providing a very inexpensive meal that make great leftovers.  It’s a great go to for family or pot luck events when you want a lot of cheap food that you can make without a ton of steps or fuss.

  4. add ½ of pasta to dish
  5. add ½ of remaining pasta sauce to cover pasta
  6. add layer of cheese
  7. add the rest of the pasta

Notes
One of the things I love about this simple recipe is how versatile it is. My favorite thing is to add sausage, spinach or grilled chicken to it.
